At Northern Kentucky University every room/ apartment is carpeted with the exception of Callahan Hall. In addition, each room/ apartment has:

Air condition/ heating
A Refrigerator
Expanded Cable services is an separate plan available for purchase by residents.
High-Speed Internet Wired Internet Connection. NKU offers wireless Internet in all residential facilities.
Landline telephone service will not be provided automatically and will need to be ordered in all buildings except Callahan Hall where it is provided as a complimentary service
