Callahan Hall

Callahan Hall is the newest addition to the University Housing family of living options as of August 2008. Because this facility is an acquired property, it is currently under renovation and photos are currently unavailable until renovation is complete. There are a number of different room options, pricing, and room dimensions due to the preexisting nature of the facility. This provides significant character for the facility and the small living wings that are available within the 462 bed residence hall, promoting community and relationship building for both returning and new Northern Kentucky University students.

Since the facility is located adjacent to the NKU campus, a shuttle bus is currently slated to run to campus from the facility Monday through Friday. This shuttle will be in addition to the current TANK shuttle bus lines that service this route.

Double Room with Full Bath

Double Room with Full Bath houses two students per room. Each double room has:

• two bunkable beds
• two desks with chairs
• built in closets and storage
• a full bathroom (including: a tub/shower, sink, and toliet)
• High speed internet(wired and wireless) and cable (located inside room)
• Rate: Premium - $2,510 per student per semester, Standard - $2,300

Double Room with Half Bath

Double Room with Half Bath houses two students per room. Each double room has:

• two bunkable beds 
• two desks with chairs
• built in closets and storage
• a half bathroom (including: sink, and toliet)
• common area shower room that is regularly cleaned and sanitized
• high speed internet(wired and wireless) and cable (located inside room)
• Rate: Premium - $2,125 per student per semester, Standard - $1,950

Quad Room

Quad Rooms can accomodate four students. Each quad room has:

• one full size bathroom (including: tub/shower, sink and toliet)
• four desks with four chairs
• built in storage space
• four bunkable beds
• high speed internet(wired and wireless) and cable (located inside room)  
• Rate: $2200 per student per semester

Triple Room with Full Bath

Triple Rooms with Full Bath can accomodate three students. Each triple room has:

• two bunkable beds
• one loft bed
• three desks with chairs
• built in closets and storage
• one wardrobe
• high speed internet(wired and wireless) and cable (located inside room)
• a full bathroom (including: tub/shower, sink, and toliet)
• Rate: $1945 per student per semester

Triple Room with Half Bath

Triple Rooms with Half Bath can accomodate three students. Each triple room has:

• two bunkable beds
• one loft bed
• three desks with chairs
• built in closets and storage
• one wardrobe
• a half bathroom (including: sink, and toliet)
• common area shower room that is regularly cleaned and sanitized
• high speed internet(wired and wireless) and cable (located inside room) 
• Rate: $1680 per student per semester

Note: Starting Fall 2009, Callahan Hall is the only residence hall where the landline telephone service is provided automatically as a complimentary service.
