The housing/dining agreement is separate from the application for admission to the University. Filling out the housing/dining agreement does not guarantee admission to the University and filling out the application for admission to the University does not guarantee admission to University Housing.University Housing will process your housing/dining agreement if you have not been admitted to the University. However, you will not be assigned to a room until you are admitted to the University.If you are not admitted to the University and University Housing has processed your application, you will be refunded your $200 prepayment.
To apply for the housing/dining agreement:
- Print out the 2009-2010 agreement.
- Read these terms and conditions.
- Read through the contract and complete all sections. Provide your room preference and select a meal plan, see rates for more information about meal plans with rooms.
- Mail the completed application with $200 Prepayment to:

Please be aware that the $200 prepayment is non-refundable. The only way a prepayment can be refunded is if a student is denied admission to NKU.
